For Street Fighter: The Storytelling Game
There’s an excellent zine about Street Fighter: The Storytelling Game called Punho do Guerreiro (Warrior’s Fist) which is put together by the amazing Brazilian SF:STG fandom.
But that doesn’t do you much good unles you speak Portuguese…
Well technically until last November, I’m a little late posting about it here.
Richard “Bat” Brewster is translating these into English, and they are amazing! Big thanks to Richard and the Brazilian contributors to Punho do Guerreiro!
You can find Punho do Guerreiro translated into English here.

Here’s a great adventure from the Brazilian community which I have assisted in translating to English:
This is an adventure for 2 to 4 fighters of rank 1, taking your team of street fighters on an unexpected expedition in the Peruvian jungle! The information contained below is intended for the Storyteller – so if you intend to participate in the session as a player, we recommend that you stop reading to avoid disclosures about the plot.

After I chose to convert Gill and Urien’s style as Pankration years ago with no official source, I was recently confirmed to be right via the Street Fighter official Vine!
I had them listed as Pankration / Elemental, now so does Capcom!

The next half of Alpha should go WAY faster with no weird Backgrounds or Styles. Just Special Maneuvers.

SFRPG.com: Follow up question, why do you hate Street Fighter?
Andrew J Lucas: Oh I don’t hate Street Fighter, I love it. Chun Li was always my favourite character and I spent many many many hours playing the game. A roleplaying game is an excellent avenue to marry my arcade experience and my budding interest in writing for RPGs. And for White Wolf Games no less!
SFRPG.com: Is it the Players you hate then? [Read more…]
You can own a piece of SF:STG history!
A short time ago on social media I posted the original cover art asking if anyone had the source or a larger image. Since then I found both myself, on an art auction site. It’s pretty cool seeing it in a frame on a legit auction site, heh. Also the scan is large enough to admire the brush strokes.
It looks like it was last bought for $875.00 and the current owner is taking offers. [link]
