Charlie Returns in Street Fighter 5

The new Street Fighter 5 trailer revealed at Capcom Cup reveals that Charlie is going to be back, and he has a gem thing in his head like Gill/Urien.

Hopefully that means the plot is actually moving forward for the first time since Three, and were not getting a lame “oh I thought you were dead, whoopsie!” like when they dragged Gouken back to life.
