They´re for pc´s challenge, and my idea is separete the players in two groups a
oriental group and ocidental group. In orient group enter countries like Japan,
China asiatic countries and of course east Europe. In ocidental group enter
Usa, Brazil, Americas west Europe and others, is just for my organization.

For now I´m just realize test fights called "Frienly" fights, they don´t enter
in fighter record because are only simulation, you send the fighter for my
e-mail , put info about him if you like the other things you know no merits or
flaws, rank 1 fighter, and please no hybrids.

Group: streetfighter Message: 3857 From: Rinaldo Gambetta Date: 11/21/1999
Subject: Npc´s challenges.
I don´t think, but people want see npc´s fights and want they make
challenges, I can do that (Jesus is lot of work, but I try). All right
the title "Friendly" fights npc´s will appear when a fight between Npc´s
happen.
Group: streetfighter Message: 3858 From: Rinaldo Gambetta Date: 11/21/1999
Subject: Friendly Fight Npc´s: O´connor Vs Afonse Dubois.
I don´t know if fights between npc´s atract someone, but before someone
ask hey why these people don´t fight, all right I make they fight.

O´Connor style: Special Forces Country: North Ireland Player: Npc.

Quote before fight: The army is the oldest organization in the world, I
win and you want know why? It´s simple because only Order, Discipline
and self-respect make winners, and I know and respect these rules.

Appearence: A short black hair guy with 6’6” 180 lbs, gray eyes, white
skin and dresses a white t-shirt, military pants and boots.

Vs

Afonse Dubois style: French Ninjutsu Country: France Player: Npc.

Quote before fight: Ha!Ha!Ha!Ha! What do you think? You win me no way
Toy soldier, by the way only beauty make the winners and you isn´t one
of them.

Appearance:A medium build guy with a long dark red hair ,white skin,
blue “ice” eyes 6’0” 140 lbs. dresses a black t-shirt with light brown
cotton pants, black militar boots and a violet beret. A beautiful guy
with Narcissism complex, fanatic for own beauty and for beauty things
(women).

Arena: An old warehouse in France, now is out of order but is serve to
fight of course are lot of people looking the show and make some bets.

Fighters are 3 hexes from each other the ring bells and fight starts:

Move 1: O´Connor move 2 and make a Knife Hand Strike but hit only air,
Afonse Dubois retreat five hexes.
Move 2: O´Connor retreat one hex, Afonse Dubois Blocks.
Move 3: Afonse Dubois move 5 hexes and make a Stepping Front Kick for
his combo but hit only air, O´Connor don´t move only block.
Move 4: Afonse Dubois move 1 and try to make a Double Hit kick but
O´Connor is more faster and hit with a Jumping strong punch for his
combo Afonse Dubois receives: 3 points of damage but it don´t stop
Afonse Dubois Double hit kick and O´Connor receives: 5 points of damage,
Stuns!!! and second kick 3 points of damage.
Move 5: O´Connor is stunned and Afonse Dubois with a loud laugh make a
Stepping front kick for his combo and O´Connor receive: 3 points of
damage and is falling for a Knockout and Afonse Dubois make the second
kick and O´Connor receives: 4 points of damage and now he fall on the
ground.
Afonse Dubois wins by knockout.
Afonse Dubois Cleans his beret and praise himself.

This a npc fight, maybe someone read this and tell me if this a
necessary or just make the player know better the other fighters.

Subject: "Friendly" Fight Thirteen Mr.Military Vs Danielle Garcia.
This a curious match between Mr.Military (J.S.Pittman) and the Judo lady
Danielle Garcia (Luiz), I realy think women don´t made for this type of
combat but I respect any lady who want to fight, I warning Mr.Military
to have much carefull with this lady, she is dangerous.

Mr.Military style: Special Forces country: Usa player: J.Scot Pittman.

Appearance: Mr. Military, an afirian-american, dresses in a marine full
military dress uniform, and is very clean cut. However, he is almost
always seen smoking a smelly cigar. His expression is always one of
disgust or seriousness. Mr.Military stands 6 ft. exactly, with black,
crew-cut hair, deep brown eyes.
He bears a scar of unknown origin that runs from the top of the left
side of his forehead all the way down the side of his face.

Quote before fight: Mr. Military snarls, "You aint got no business in a
man's game."

Vs

Danielle Garcia style Judo country Brazil player Luiz

Appearance: 5'7" 144 lbs,Long red hair but in horse tail style, blue
eyes, white skin
dresses a judo
vest, a beautiful woman with long hair and model body.

Quote before fight: Where? I don´t see anyone here.

Arena: The Sambodromo (Place where happens the Carnaval festival) in
Rio de Janeiro, now is empty some people looking what is going on.

Fighter are 3 hexes from each other the ring bells and fight starts.

Move 1- Danielle Garcia Blocks for her combo and Mr Military Move 1 hex
to make a Foot Sweep for his combo but hit nothing.
Move 2- Mr.Military try to make a Back Flip Kick but Danielle Garcia is
more faster and hit Mr.Military with a Slide Kick for her combo and
Mr.Military receives: 4 points of damage and Mr.Military fall on the
ground (Knockdown).
Move 3- Mr.Military stand up and try to block but Danielle Garcia is
more faster and make a Suplex and Mr.Military receives: 5 points of
damage and stuns!!!

Move 4- Mr.Military is dizzy and Danielle Garcia blocks for her combo.

Move 5- Mr.Military recovers from stun and try to make a Back Flip Kick
but Danielle Garcia is more faster and hit Mr.Military with a Back Roll
Throw and Mr.Military receives: 7 points of damage and Knockout.
Danielle Garcia wins by Knockout

[Actually I for one don't care. I know I brought it up out of

Soak, but I´m only throw dices and damages are uhn... Litle high and the major
part of players put a stamina about 3 or 4, example a roundhouse kick from a
guy with str 3 and kick tech 4 can cause 11 dices of damage and remove stamina
3 he can receive 8 dices of damage, this only luck on dices.

Dang. I have a dex of 4 and a athletics of 3... block is at +4 to speed.
Even giving that I was knocked down, my Speed would have been 9... her
suplex, with a speed +0 was quicker than my block? WOW that's some rank one
character...

What the matter if you block fast it´s a grab manuver and block don´t add extra
dices to soak but anyway you fall at ground because the Slide Kick you are now
-2 for speed and the suplex is part of her combo She get +2 for her speed and
she have a good dexterity, Block for Slide Kick for Suplex, at the end her
suplex have a superior speed and you have block 8 and not 9 you have dexterity
4 and block add +4 to speed and total are 8 and you fall your block is -2 when
you get up finishing in Speed 6, Her dexterity is 5 suplex is Speed +0, Her
combo give +2 in speed and the final speed is 7 more faster than your block.

Sorry...I don't like to prepetuate argument but I'm gonna have to dissagree
with you on this one Rinaldo.
In the fight you state:

> > >more faster and hit Mr.Military with a Slide Kick for her combo and
> > >Mr.Military receives: 4 points of damage and Mr.Military fall on the

The problem is that since Mr. Military was interrupted <hence didn't pull
off the back flip kick> then he should not have to suffer the speed penalty
for causing Knockdown. Ruling: Pg. 140 SF:TSTG "Knockdown" : '...... If you
are knocked down before you attack in the current combat turn, you do not
suffer the -2 speed penalty next turn. Instead you foreit your action in the
current turn as you regain your feet.'

Unless you have a specific house rulling on this one, I think that J.
Scott's in the right <as far as speed is concerned.>
It's nothing to get worked up over <it doesn't affect the match> and these
are friendly fights anyway.....kinda like Beta testing the Tounri.
Let us learn from our errors.

It´s right, but anyway J.Scot Pittman protest his block is more faster the
problem a normal block don´t add extra dices to soak and do not give any defense
against a grab manuver except of course the grabling defense manuver, this a
litle mistake but don´t interfere with the result of this bout. Thanks a lot.

Isn't that enough?

Guess not. He's written his own freeware martial arts/anime RPG called
Thrash (and is working on version 2.0 as we type) which also can not be
endorced enough. You can find it at
http://www.geocities.com/Tokyo/6127/thrash

He's also written some very funny fanfics at http://www.geocities.com/Tokyo/6127/writings.html.

I was lucky that his speed was lower than mine. If it hadn't been, I
would probably have lost, I certainly wouldn't have gotten a perfect.

Lets see here. Max number of hits in a combo is 24 (without super rules).
Max Block is 8... But these rules assume that the opponent is blocking
the entire, up to three rounds, combo. What if I have a Lighning
Leg-Hundred Hand Slap-Hyper Fist combo and the opponent (w/ a block of
four) blocks the first round, but tries to strike me during the second,
does he get the +2?

Then, of course, there's repeating fireball, guaranteed to hose anyone
trying to block a combo.

I like this rule is it the same one from (VtM 3rd eddition?). If that
rule had happened, there's a far greater possibility that Gokiwa would
have lost, badly.

Shadowmyre was listening to some Japanese language tapes one day and out
of the blue he said to me, "Sodom's style is Ni-Jihan Desu." Shadowmyre
(aka Shads for short) knew that I would be more than mildly interested in
this, seeing as Sodom is one of my favorite characters (Final Fight
Forever!) and I was working on my conversions for him.

Naturally I asked, "What in the name of Ryu's underarm deoderant makes you
think that?"

Shads grinned at me and said, "It's Japanese for 'it is half passed two.'"

I thought about it for a moment, then rememberd that it sounded a lot like
one of Sodom's mangled Japanese sayings in Alpha (No Jeep Han, Sorry), so
I decided to fly with that. Besides, it sounds cooler than anything I
probably would have come up with.

So, no. Ni-Jihan Desu is strictly a product of Shadowmyre's and my warped

Now that I think about it, he probably does. He did challenge Honda at
the end of Alpha 2 and it looked like a Sumo match, not a Street Fight.

I'd be careful with that. I just wrote it up. It hasn't been playtested at
all.

Then again, this might be the place to playtest it.

(And I might get some feedback then, since it seems everyone else ignored
it..... :-)

Shadowmyre was listening to some Japanese language tapes one day and out
of the blue he said to me, "Sodom's style is Ni-Jihan Desu." Shadowmyre
(aka Shads for short) knew that I would be more than mildly interested
in
this, seeing as Sodom is one of my favorite characters (Final Fight
Forever!) and I was working on my conversions for him.

Naturally I asked, "What in the name of Ryu's underarm deoderant makes
you
think that?"

Shads grinned at me and said, "It's Japanese for 'it is half passed
two.'"

I thought about it for a moment, then rememberd that it sounded a lot
like
one of Sodom's mangled Japanese sayings in Alpha (No Jeep Han, Sorry),
so
I decided to fly with that. Besides, it sounds cooler than anything I
probably would have come up with.

So, no. Ni-Jihan Desu is strictly a product of Shadowmyre's and my
warped
imagination.

You youngins and your new fangled modern invetions. In _my_ day we had to
deliver our messages _by hand_. Walking 5000 miles a day, uphill both
ways, up to our eyebrows in freezing snow, the blazing sun on our back,
T-Rexes thinking 'Hmm, a bit small, but it's an ice age so beggers can't
be choosers', trying to keep the lawyers in the water and off the land.
When we finally got to the place we were delivering the messages to, we
were soundly beaten with a metal club for four weeks straight after which,
we were starved to death.

And whenever I tell this story, no one believes me.

Ah, but I have had the training of the masters. Mel Brooks, Monty Python,
Robin Williams, George Carlin, Bill Clinton, and other great lords of
comedy. Do not grieve, eventualy you to will acquire these skills. But
remember, the road of a true comedian is fraught with peril.

Pff! You guys think you had it bad... when I was a kid, we didn't have paper
or string or anything like that. We had to write our messages on big slabs
of rock that we cut out of the earth, and then we had to write on those. And
that wasn't easy, cause humans hadn't evolved arms yet, so we had to beat
the messages into the rocks with our heads. Then we had to beat the rock
from the earth with our heads too, and when we were done we spit on the
messenger so he'd get all sticky, and some kind of monster dinosaur would
come along, and if he didn't eat you, he'd step on you and you'd stick to
his foot, ya'see, and you'd ride that way, and let me tell you it was hard
being stepped on each step of the way, and if you were LUCKY your message
would get where you wanted it to out of sheer luck. If not, you had to start
all over again. And when messages did get to the other humans, who were the
only other people on the earth, we called them the "other people", they used
hot lava to burn messages into your body to send back. They could do that
before you ran away because they wern't really people but monkey-men who had
arms. And we were thankful.

Mr. military will accept his challenger's offer to fight. After all, he has
to defend his reputation as a decent fighter after getting the crap kicked
out of him in like three hits. (I'd like to have those dice Rinaldo uses)...
Hey there seems to be some fights (including my own, but not limited to it),
where dice rolls have simply been outragous and have caused a major defeat
in no time. I know this is part of the regular game, but since we can't see
the dice rolling and we are not able to adjust our moves against certain
opponents, how about using an "average" roll result, where certain amounts
of dice do a set amount of damage? This would reflect the video game better
and make strategy more important. Just an idea off the top of my head..

Luxury.

*WE* weren't even evolved enough to have heads! But we didn't mind
because bumping into trees was fun, and even if we *had* heads most of
us were too poor to afford eyes... certainly not two of them. There
were no dinosaurs around either, because they were too busy stomping you
city slickers along on your message-sending missions. Come to think of
it, without heads, we were too stupid to even communicate, let alone
write messages. We just wandered around bumping into trees.

But we were thankful for those trees.

Pff! You guys think you had it bad... when I was a kid, we didn't have
paper
or string or anything like that. We had to write our messages on big
slabs
of rock that we cut out of the earth, and then we had to write on those.
And
that wasn't easy, cause humans hadn't evolved arms yet, so we had to
beat
the messages into the rocks with our heads. Then we had to beat the rock
from the earth with our heads too, and when we were done we spit on the
messenger so he'd get all sticky, and some kind of monster dinosaur
would
come along, and if he didn't eat you, he'd step on you and you'd stick
to
his foot, ya'see, and you'd ride that way, and let me tell you it was
hard
being stepped on each step of the way, and if you were LUCKY your
message
would get where you wanted it to out of sheer luck. If not, you had to
start
all over again. And when messages did get to the other humans, who were
the
only other people on the earth, we called them the "other people", they
used
hot lava to burn messages into your body to send back. They could do
that
before you ran away because they wern't really people but monkey-men who
had
arms. And we were thankful.

H'lo everyone...

The name's Josh Diemert, and I'm new to this group. I've been playing
and GMing Street Fighter ever since it came out, (which is probably
something many of you can claim), and have loved it ever since. Here's
to making friends on this eGroup.

Pittman is going to start an pbem soon. Man do I want to join that!
