Still playing on and off. Currently a friend of mine is running a Wu Xia inspired campaign set in a Kung Fu fantasy world of his own making, called 7 rocks. Loads of fun :)

This system is still my all time favorite RPG system and I'm one of those that are glad Capcom World Tournament didn't destroy Streetfighter RPG with levels and crap :p

Currently though, most of my time goes into developing mobile and PC games. (Shameless plug for our upcoming mobile game, Wasteland Bar Fight, currently in beta: http://wbf.kybernesis.com)

Kinda miss when I had time for an online campaignm like the one I ran on RPOL.net for 5 years :D

I still have the game after all these years, but I haven't been able to play a game yet, since there is a total lack of GMs and roleplayers where I am from for this game or any other RPG.

I think I have in total 3 complete collections of this game and 2 additional main books. I tend to gobble them up if I see them on ebay (if I can afford them) and locally at the used book stores

I'm currently interviewing the author of Perfect Warrior. Is there anything anyone would like me to ask him specifically? (Besides clarification of Rising Storm Crow, which was the first thing I thought of)

Its real advantage was not that it did a pile of damage (remember that the MC style assumes a high STR in the first place), but that it has the potential to do damage twice, and that you could throw somebody from two squares away– “Suplex from across the room!”

As the page you linked to notes, it’s a great but gimmicky fight opener, intended to become a player's signature move without being a game breaker.

Subject: Re: Interviewing the author of Perfect Warrior
I'll have to take a look at "The Perfect Warrior" tonight to see if that sparks any questions. Some general things I can imagine asking:

* How did you get the gig?

* It is said that deadlines were tight.  Do you know if this was due to having a short window to get books out under the license with Capcom, or was that just the way White Wolf operated at the time?

* While working on "The Perfect Warrior" were you aware of any Street Fighter material or ideas that White Wolf was kicking around, but never got published?

* Looking back at "The Perfect Warrior", how do you feel about it? Anything you wanted to include but couldn't due to time factors or other reasons?

* Back when Street Fighter: The Storytelling Game was released, it seems like it was pitched towards grabbing new roleplayers and was considered an odd fit in comparison with the darker toned World of Darkness games they were publishing at the time. On the other hand, it seemed to be one of the earlier games that were about crazy pulp action, like the later Feng Shui or even White Wolf's Exalted which supported a more free-wheeling style of over-the-top stunts and so on. As far as you can tell, what was the general feeling around White Wolf regarding Street Fighter at the time? What are your feelings about it today?Have you played any Street Fighter since back in the day?

Which Street Fighter is your favorite?

Any current projects you are working on or places where people can visit to see what you're up to?

Ironically, my gaming group is going through Perfect Warrior now in our Street Fighter campaign!  (We alternate campaigns each week.)  So tell him it is still being played and enjoyed.  The group is about to face down Phoenix.

I'd ask him if he remembers what kind of wacky hijinks the playtest groups got up to.  Sounds like there might be some fun gaming stories there.

Subject: New Game

So I am starting a new game of SF soon. I have step-kids now and they are close to the age i started gaming and right at the age i started playing SF. Man the memories are flooding back as I prepare for this game.

I just recently got a new set of books cheap and they were in such good condition I am not going to use them lol. I am bag and boarding them for safe keeping. So anyone have an extra set floating around? Preferably a set i'm not afraid to use because it looks like it was printed yesterday.

Anyway cheers to old school gaming and I hope we all get the chance to play this again.

P.S. no i don't like pdfs, my players might but I like books in my hands

P.P.S anyone have any ongoing campaign?

We started and played a Street Fighter campaign a couple of years ago but took a few months off to play Mutant Chronicles, another 90's gem.  That's wrapping up though and we're about to get back into the SF campaign so this is perfect timing!

Do you know if this is going to be free to the public?

The main difference between the two is yours is a summary and his is verbatim, including all the chapters about roleplaying, setting, etc.

I'm still around, though my Street Fighter related activity has diminished a bit. Back in September of 2015 I'd finished up "Street Fighter: The Storytelling Game - 20th Anniversary Edition" ( http://sfrpg.com/2015/09/08/sf20-release-street-fighter-the-storytelling-game-20th-anniversary-edition/ ), and then last year I almost finished up what I'm calling the SF:TSG Companion, which is meant to collect everything that wasn't included in SF:TSG 20th. All of the text is there, and like 95% of the art scans, but something dumb sidetracked me. Also, editing and layout is pretty laborious. Still, it would be silly for me to have done so much work and not finish/release it. Aside from that, I typed up a few character biographies for Matt's G-File Project ( http://sfrpg.com/2016/06/24/g-file-update-3/ ).

As far as playing, it's been a couple years, but a friend of mine will run a session once in a great while, and we have a set of characters we use for that very, very loose "campaign".

Anyway, cool to see some people respond. ST:TSG deserves to live, and I still think it's a super-cool game.
