Background- Theodore Drake, "The Fallen", was an elite special forces operative. He served from the age of 24-27 then a mission went bad and people died. The higher ups didn't want to take the blame for such a screwed up mission so blame was placed on his shoulders. He was take aside and told to go along with it. He would get dishonorably discharged but he would be given a very nice pension.

He politely but in no uncertain terms told them what they could do with the pension and that he wasn't taking the blame. In the end it came down to his word versuses a general's. Drake didn't win. Still you can't have someone with that much knowledge of secret ops running loose and he must of had someone in the military that believed him as he was still given a decent pension and wasn't dishonorably discharged.

He was forced to leave though. Since then he's been looked for a way to vent his frustration. He's finally found it in the circuit.
