Background- The man now known only as Overkill doesn't speak much. This is what is surmised, most of it speculation by various fanzines. His parents worked on embassy row in Washington. He did odd jobs for the various diplomats. A Greek diplomat took a liking to the boy, and taught him the basics of the Pankration. The boy wasn't the fastest or the strongest, but his capacity for withstanding pain became legendary. It was said he didn't dodge bullets, he stared them down. A car accident would have put him in an orphanage, but the Greek took the boy in. There he completed his training. Through various sources he wiped all history of his past. He then donned a frightening costume and entered the Street Fighter tournament, motives unknown.
