Background-
Ever since his youth, Ramon wanted to be a great matador. Raised on a hacienda of a rich spanish Don, he learned much about bullfights, but as a lowly stable boy he never got a chance to prove it.
One day, Vega visited the hacienda with some mooks to collect some betting debt from the Don who was unwilling to pay. As the Don himself had some manpower at hand, a big fight errupted, which ultimativly cost the Don his life. The 15 year old Ramon gave his best to protect his employer and actually knocked out one of the mooks and stood up to Vega himself, but was no match for the world warrior.
Vega saw some potential in the young hotshot and spared his life. He took Ramon with him to Barcelona where he personally oversaw his instructions as a ring fighter. That was not so unlike the career Ramon has dreamt of as there was much fame to be gained in the ring.
After some years of training he actually came to like fighting a lot as he was winning more often then loosing. The only downside was that he had to help Vega enforcing his various crime businesses, but since this was his only real chance to glory, Ramon did not ask any questions. In the end Ramon became a willing Shadoloo warrior as his live is an easy one this way.
As of last Vega has sent Ramon into the Streetfighting circuit where he shall prove his mettle.
Personality-
Ramon is an easy-going young man who likes to be known - when you are famous, life this so much easier: money, women, fun, everything you like. He is loyal to Vega, the man who made him who he is today, but has no real friends. The only thing he loves as much as girls and glory is a good fight.
Since sportsmansship goes well with the ladys he prefers his fights strait, but when its comes to winning or loosing, he knows no qualms. He has no fun helping Vega enforce his various crime businesses but he gives them no second thoughts either. Life can be a hard one and he thinks himself a tough guy.
