There not exactly the same thing. Game wise You can use maka wara as chi
kung. But chi kung would have its own section.
you have to realize that the term is supposed to be Maki Wara
and a maki wara is the wooden post with the rope tied around it.
Used for calisthetics
Chi Kung is a little more broad.
Chi kung would look something like this.
