John “The Gneech” Robey, author of The Perfect Warrior, recently commented on my post about the 20th Anniversary Edition via Google+. I asked him for an interview and he was kind enough to take the time to chat with me about the best RPG ever. The interview went as follows.
Slight update to Deck ‘Em today. I changed the way dice rolls are output. Now it is much easier to read than just raw d10s in random order.
I also put a minimum width on the whole app to keep it looking legible on desktop, but it is still really meant for mobile.
Working on updates again.
In the mean time I got tired of the Twenty Eleven theme so I made some changes:
- Added a background
- Put a image slider in
- Added a mobile menu
- Tweaked responsive spacing
- Lots of back end plugins to improve performance
Combat Card web app
Designed for smart phone display: Will look stupid on a computer unless you shrink your browser!
I was going to release this as an actual phone app, but I’m too lazy to learn how to package the html into an app.
As I work on the next update to the G-File, I just finished these miniatures.
Figured I would go ahead and post them since they are useful even by themselves.
Should be just about all the main playable characters in a 3 page pdf.
Updated the About page to include:
- Adventures Unlimited – Spirits of the Forest (unofficial)
- Combat (Not SF)
- …and an image to represent Shadows Over Mexico (unreleased)
